YMCA basketball

This winter Carter and Cooper played Y-ball and got to be on the same team! After a week or two, their coach asked me if I would help. I was reluctant but it ended up being a blast!

 Crosby was such a good sport, coming to every practice and game. He mostly played with other siblings that were hanging around as well.

 These guys improved so much from start to finish!  

 A bonus for Cooper was getting to be on a team with his bestie, Isaac!

Pre-Christmas Winter Fun

 Crosby had a round of swim lessons and Laura put Rianna in as well so the 2 of us got some good quality time this month!

 We got tickets to a UND men's basketball game! The boys saw Leah (the girl I disciple on the women's team) on the wall and were super excited!

 Here is Leah after her last home game. It was such a privilege meeting with her weekly this year.

 The first taste of spring!

 After showers one night I found the boys in the bathroom styling their hair! 

 Carter and Cooper are taking tennis lessons this spring and Crosby is doing swim lessons. They overlap at Choice which is nice for me:) 

Allie and Annie came to town for a night while Tim was in Minneapolis for meetings. So fun to hang out with them!

Hall of Fame Weekend (1998 Team)

I have such incredible memories from my time as as basketball player at UND! These girls are amazing and it was so fun to reconnect with them as our 1998 National Championship team was inducted into the UND Hall of Fame!

Mandy flew in from Arizona and stayed with us for 5 nights. What a blessing to get so much time doing life and catching up!

On Friday night there was a banquet for all the inductees.

 Saturday was tailgating and being announced at the football game. 

 Lots of reminiscing, catching up, and being silly:)

Sioux Basketball Reunion

I've been so blessed to reconnect with my college bball girls many times over the years. We've had celebrations for Coach Roebuck, Hall of Fame weekends, and this past weekend the Sioux/Bison rivalry brought many back to The Grand Forks! The Sioux won! We had a little celebration right at the Betty with Roebuck, current and former players, fans and booster. And then the girls that I played with all went out to watch the Sioux hockey team and catch up some more.
